Akkent Mass Housing Project development on the zoned land owned by Ünal Akpınar Construction Industry Tourism Mining and Trade Inc. has an investment value of 156.250.502 USD and being performed in stages by the equity capital of our company. A shopping mall will be constructed within the scope of the project. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd Stages of the project was completed and the flats were sold and delivered to their owners. The construction and the sale of the 4th Stage are continuing. Other stages are at Project Phase.
